You have the right to return or exchange your products within 14 days of receiving it. The products must be returned in their original packaging. Bottles of wine cannot be opened or have any damage to the foil. If you wish to return your products to us, please send us an email at email@example.com to initiate the process. The cost to ship the items to return to us is for your account. You can also drop off your return at our location in Amsterdam.
In the event that your shipment should arrive damaged, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please attach any proof of damage that you can to your message. We will dispatch a new order to you as soon as possible.
If your wine is spoiled (oxidation, corked, or otherwise spoiled) we will replace the wine for you at no additional charge and with no proof required. Please contact us at email@example.com to arrange a replacement.
You will receive a full refund on your order, including the original shipping costs, within 7 days of us receiving the returned goods.
We will refund the money to your original form of payment.
